What your customer does on your shop, and the order message that reaches you on WhatsApp.
Your customer chooses
Your link opens your shop, and its green Order on WhatsApp button is always there.
- One product? They tap it, pick its choices (size, colour, flavour, the text for a cake…) and how many, and tap Order on WhatsApp.
- Several? On each product they pick the choices and tap Add to my order — even the same product twice, in two sizes. A product with no choice can simply be ticked.
- If a choice is needed, the shop says which, instead of sending a vague order. A choice you marked sold out can't be picked.
Your customer orders
At the bottom, My order shows every line: they can change a quantity or remove one. They can add their name. If you switched it on (More › Sales › Delivery), they choose Delivery or I'll pick it up: for a delivery, their area (on Pro, with its fee added to the total), their address, a landmark, and the day and time of day that suit them. Then Order selection: WhatsApp opens with the message already written — the order's number, a link to its summary, each product with its choices, the quantity, its price, the delivery and the total. They send it.
You receive it
The order arrives in WhatsApp, on your order number. Everything is in the message: the products with their sizes, colours or texts, the quantities, the prices, the delivery, the total, and the link to the order summary — a page, with its picture, that you can both open. Reply, and arrange delivery and payment with your customer, as you always do.
It is also recorded in Orders, at the bottom of your dashboard, with the same number as in the message. If a product has a Photo choice, the customer's photos come with it: one link per photo in the message, and under the item in My orders. Follow it there to the end (see My orders).
